I remember Harold (Butch)Watton as a neighborhood playmate and later we had Detroit News paper routes then he worked in the paper station dishing out the papers to the delivery boys. He also had a 1932 ford roadster that he built in his garage. I helped him a few times and we broke one of my wrenches trying to put a dropped axle on the front of the car. We got it done and Sears replaced the broken tool free under their tool replacement policy. He also had a Harley 185cc bike when they changed the law in Michigan to let 14 year olds ride motorized bikes under 5 horsepower. We had a lot of good times and I will miss seeing him at the reunion.

Harold Butch Watton & I lived on the same street. I never remember not knowing him. We were paperboys & played baseball all the time. Butch was very good at drafting & was positivly college material but had to work instead because his dad was sick. When my handicapped son needed a room with no stairs, Butch stepped in and designed an addition that made my son's life so mutch better. I will never forget him and miss him everyday. Marty Stefanic ,Dale Koviak ,Ray McIntyre and I all had the best of times.

I remember Butch well from Larned. He was president of our class (June 1955). I don't ever recall remembring his name to be Harold. He was always just Butch... a great guy!!

I remember seeing him at our 25th. Sorry to hear the sad news of his passing.
