Bob was one of those guys if you knew him, you liked him, and certainly there was no need for The BLAZER to refresh my memory as to what he looked like.Such a nice, nice person. Bob was happily married, a fantastic Dad, coach, teacher, and the list goes on. He was truly loved by his students too.
Sorely missed.

Bobby and I both went through Burt school together. We first met in kindergarten there.Gregory Sharrow
I was Bob & Nancy's "Best Man' in 1964. I drove his '64 Impala hardtop to the wedding. Stick shift, and because it wasn't "all syncro" like my new Ford, I kept clashing 1st gear.I wish Nancy would contact me to catchup since the late 60's.
I never knew they had children.
I miss you Bob, really wanted to keep in touch.
R.I.P. buddy.

Along with John and Greg...we lost another Burt School classmate,And, Bobby was a gem. We had a ton of laughs at the last re-union and promised each other to,"see ya at the next one". You are and will be missed Bob. God Bless, ButchBarbara Joan Merckel (Coapman)
Another Burt school classmate not with us..........I used to get Bob and Greg Sharrow mixed up - they could have been brothers. Bob was a nice, gentle man. I have his signature in my grade school autograph book. Thank you, Bob, for being a part of our memories.Tom Fitzpatrick
Bob was a good friend during high school. He was a gentle, caring individual, and a lot of fun to be around. I regret that we didn't keep up contact after high school.Tom Fitzpatrick
