Like most of my friends, I was a stay-at-home mom, active in church and the community. When my kids were in high school I worked in a large psychiatric practice as patient care coordinator. I retired from a physical rehab hospital where I was administrative assistant to the president.

I look back and wish I had been more active. I clearly remember thinking - as we sat alphabetically -that everyone interesting had last names that were either at the beginning or the end of the alphabet.

I moved from Grand Rapids, MI to Scottsdale in June of 2007 after having spent two winters here. Life is good!
