Judith Ann Brenneman
(February 20, 1941 - June 2, 2014)

Judith Ann Brenneman, beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother, passed away on June 2, 2014 at the age of 73 at her home in Southgate, Michigan after a brief illness. She was born on February 20, 1941 in Akron, OH to J. Richard and Betty Ann (Van Keuren) Hallock.

Judy was born in Akron, but moved to Detroit at an early age. She graduated from Redford High School in 1959. After high school, she attended Kalamazoo College where she met the love of her life, John Brenneman. They were wed on October 1, 1960 and were happily married for over 53 years.
She is survived by husband John, her children Lisa (Marc) Voskeritichian, Sandy (Kelvin) Rosonke and Rich Brenneman, her sister Elizabeth (Jim) Christman, and her grandchildren Kate (Steve) Hibbs, Matthew, Rachel and Jennifer Rosonke, and Sean Brenneman, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Judy loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling with good friends and playing pinochle and dominoes with her card club.

A memorial service will be held at Allen Park Presbyterian Church, 7101 Park Ave, Allen Park, Michigan, on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. A reception will be held in the church parlor following the service.
