Nancy Weindorf

November 1, 1941 - August 8, 2021

Nancy Briggs Weindorf, 79 of Milan passed away on August 8, at The Oasis in Monroe. She was born on November 1, 1941 in Detroit, to the late Alvin and Dorothy (Lundeen) Briggs.

Nancy earned her Degree in Nursing at the University of Michigan. After working several years at University Hospital, she worked at several Nursing Homes in the area; including as Director at Tecumseh and Assist. Director at Saline. She was an accomplished Seamstress and Quilter and enjoyed making quilts for family and friends. But her real love was taking care of animals. She will be remembered for all the dogs and cats she raised and “doctored”. She also watched and fed the birds that came to her porch.

Nancy is survived by her son, Eric Motion, her sister, Judith Briggs (Bill McKinley) and her 2 nephews, Ken and Zac Terrall.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
